西鹹新(xīn)區(qū)金灣科(kē)創區(qū)一期

  金灣科(kē)創區(qū)一期位于大西安(ān)新(xīn)中(zhōng)心中(zhōng)央商(shāng)務(wù)區(qū)，是大西安(ān)城市規劃的重要組成部分(fēn)，産(chǎn)業定位為(wèi)總部經濟和科(kē)技(jì )研發中(zhōng)央商(shāng)務(wù)區(qū)，項目主要包括絲綢之路貿易産(chǎn)業中(zhōng)心、西鹹自由貿易企業服務(wù)中(zhōng)心、西鹹經濟交流服務(wù)中(zhōng)心、西鹹金融服務(wù)港、中(zhōng)央綠廊共五個地塊項目，各地塊以“街(jiē)、廊、庭、院”的整體(tǐ)理(lǐ)念，以連續多(duō)變的内街(jiē)為(wèi)主題，總建築面積達104萬平方米，其中(zhōng)商(shāng)業面積超過10萬平方米。

麥瑞澤最為(wèi)金灣科(kē)創區(qū)一期的商(shāng)業顧問公(gōng)司，從項目建設階段介入，開展項目研策及工(gōng)程條件建議提資工(gōng)作(zuò)，待項目完全建成後，将進一步開展招商(shāng)、運營工(gōng)作(zuò)。
